WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS BAD WEATHER?
If you are planning for an outside session, your photographer will monitor the weather report in that area the week before and communicate if bad weather is expected. This will allow us to discuss and plan your session accordingly.
HOW CAN I DOWNLOAD MY IMAGES?
An email will be sent with a link to where you can download High Resolution photos within 72 hours after the event.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS TO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payment in the form of cash, money order, cashier's check, PayPal, and Cash App.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?
Portrait Sessions: There shall be no refund of retainer after the signing of the Agreement and the reservation of the photography date. Once a balance is paid, it is non-refundable. If the Client requests to amend or cancel the contract 14 or more calendar days before the agreed upon photographic event date, the initial nonrefundable payment will be applied to a mutually agreed upon reschedule date. Any other arrangements shall be discussed between the Clients and the Photographer. All arrangements will be put in writing. Cancellation must be in writing even if a phone call was made to inform the Photographer of the cancellation.
Weddings and Large Events: If for any reason Client cancels this Agreement prior to or on the event date, the Photographer will keep the initial nonrefundable payment and any monies paid on the date of cancellation. All cancellations must be made in writing and signed by all contracted parties. If the Client fails to supply written cancellation at least thirty (30) days prior to the event date, the Client will be required to remit the remaining balance of the Agreement.
If the Client submits a written request to reschedule services at least eight (8) weeks prior to the event date, the initial nonrefundable payment may be applied to the new date within the next calendar year. In the event the reschedule request occurs within two (2) weeks of the original event date, the Client will be required to remit a new initial nonrefundable payment, as set forth in the Photographer’s Standard Price List at time of request. All reschedules are subject to Photographer’s discretion.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO SEE THE EDITED IMAGES?
An email link to your gallery will be delivered within 72 hours of the event. The initial link will include 5-10 sneak peak images and the rest of your gallery will be delivered within 30 days for couples, engagements, family, and product photography. Weddings and large events will be delivered within 45-60 days depending on the size of the event.
